您好，这个是覆盖的代码PHP版本不对，需要选择相对应的PHP版本源码包进行覆盖，另外8.2升级到18.7 版本跨度也比较大，可以先找个中间版本过渡下。

下载新18.7的一键安装包，启动的时候一直卡在这个界面，里面都没导入过数据，这是哪个没删除干净吗
目前是xxd无法启动，不影响禅道的访问，可以通过浏览器访问禅道之后到后台-系统设置-聊天-参数设置(保存参数)-只下载配置文件
下载xxd.conf 文件之后，覆盖到zbox\bin\xxd\config 然后在重启xxd服务看下
