12.5.3版本在linux下备份失败

禅道版本是从12.4.4升级到12.5.3的

进行数据备份的时候，只备份累数据库，并且手工备份的时候页面卡住了。

在bug反馈中找到一条类似的问题，打开日志后，看到如下错误
