磁盘空间的占用情况怎么样？
xampp运行，是超级管理员运行的吗？
日志看下有特别的错误信息吗？
zentao/config/my.php 中debug的值改成true 重新操作一下看日志文件 zentao/tmp/log/php开头的今天的文件有什么报错。注：不要找sql开头的文件。

1.磁盘很大
2.administrator运行的
3.php.20200311.log.php有个内存的错误吧
