您好，当前启动禅道命令的的用户是否为非root用户？可以尝试切换root用户启动看下，另外apache的err日志看下有没有更详细的信息可以参考。

mysql是已经成功启动的，图中报错中提示无法初始化随机数生成器而导致apache启动失败
1、可以尝试下重启系统或docker服务
2、关闭系统SELinux安全模块看下，这些安全模块有时会干扰随机数生成器的初始化。
